Return Policy
Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL will offer a full refund or exchange if you receive a defective piece of jewelry or are dissatisfied with an item received under the following conditions:
If any item in your order proves to be defective, please return the items to Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL with a copy of the delivery note, call the Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL customer expert team to obtain a return number, and also indicate whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to defects or damages caused by accident, negligence or misuse. If you change your mind, you can return any product to Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL, unopened and in perfect condition, within the legal period of 14 days from receipt of delivery.
For online orders, a refund can be requested within 14 days.
An exchange can only be requested for purchases made in our showrooms within 15 days of purchase.
Contact the Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL customer relations team to obtain a return number, include the reason for the product return, and indicate whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange.
Except for defective or non-compliant goods, where your legal rights are not affected, customized goods made to customer specifications cannot be returned.

In all cases, you must obtain a return number by contacting the Rosenberg & Partners Trading SRL customer expert team. This will ensure that we can accurately track the return process.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, send us an email at office@comerciantidediamante.ro within 12 hours, and our team will cancel and refund your original payment method. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that include custom jewelry or engraved items, as these are already being processed. If we cannot deliver the order within standard delivery times, you have the right to cancel the order without penalty. If you cancel the contract, we will refund the price you paid for the goods; this will not include the delivery fee if you canceled after the order was shipped, nor a service provided by us, such as a special delivery service. You have a duty to acknowledge and take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.
